Excel Manufacturing Inc. (EMI) is a privately owned CNC machining company based in Seymour, Indiana, specializing in precision milling and turning for a diverse range of industries.

With decades of experience, we support customers in automotive, mining, construction, power generation, rail, elevator systems, and lawn & garden. Our team machines a wide variety of materials, including steel forgings, aluminum, and ductile/gray iron.

EMI offers flexible production capabilities, from low-volume runs of just a few pieces to high-volume programs exceeding 500,000+ parts annually. This scalability allows us to meet the evolving needs of our customers with speed and consistency.
