Performs a variety of duties to provide extraordinary customer service at a lobby workstation and/or a drive-thru workstation. These duties include the receiving, paying out and the keeping of accurate records for all the monies involved in paying and receiving transactions. Responsible for scanning daily work, balancing and maintenance of banking center’s ATM and vault as assigned. Provide customer services on the banking floor including but not limited to opening and maintaining deposit accounts.

JCBankEvaluates and analyzes hardware, software and network problems. Monitors network security and performance. Monitors and maintains telecommunications system, email service, intranet portal and active directory. Responsible for deployment of new PCs/workstations. Assists with training and support of Bank staff to maintain the efficient use of microcomputers throughout the organization.
