Under general supervision, administers various human resource plans, programs, policies and procedures for all Bank personnel. Assists Leadership with the administration and implementation of Bank compensation, benefit and wellness programs. Prepares, processes and distributes employee payroll in accordance with established procedures. Responsible for the Bankās Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and filing system(s).
