Compensation & Benefits Administrator

Under general supervision, administers various human resource plans, programs, policies and procedures for all Bank personnel. Assists Leadership with the administration and implementation of Bank compensation, benefit and wellness programs. Prepares, processes and distributes employee payroll in accordance with established procedures. Responsible for the Bank’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and filing system(s). Assists Leadership with the Bank’s training programs as assigned. Assists in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures, including but not limited to the Employee Handbook.
